Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • During product launches, drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

  • If your order is a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping

IX Legacy ships internationally. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

IX Legacy is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to the sender due to address errors

If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

IX Legacy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage
